Hancock Lodge Supports Leavenworth Assistance Center 6 February 2003 |

Mary Folsom, representing Leavenworth Assistance Center, gave a talk to the lodge on Thursday, February 6, 2003. Mary talked about the great works that LAC performs for communities in Leavenworth County and how Hancock Lodge can support their efforts. Hancock Lodge supports LAC with volunteer labor, canned goods collection through the Mile of Food program, and other contributions. Worshipful Master Rick Reichert handed a $300 check to Mary following her talk. The money was raised during the Hancock Lodge sponsored Fall '02 Craft Show at the Leavenworth Plaza. Hancock Lodge will be supporting LAC in '03, part of the Re-Lighting the Torch effort. |
